This is now the 3rd house my wife and I have sold through H&H and we have not been able to fault them throughout. Jamie and David have been spot on. Nothing is too much trouble; from the initial call to come and value the house to completion. They may be a tad more expensive than the 'internet ones' but worth every penny for the caring, personal touch that I feel the industry has lost. As I am looking for a new house to rent I have dealt with several agencies so far and it was lovely to experience great customer service from this agency . Very professional , very responsive and polite. I did experience very rude service earlier this week from Bartram & Co , so dealing with someone as lovely and bubbly as Evie really made me leave positive feedback . She did absolutely great even though she had little bit rude clients prior us .
