Kulgachia is a very important Railway Station in Howrah-Kharagpur section of South Eastern Railway, and its ticket counter is also equally important. It remains busy and crowded almost all the time and specially during the rush hours in the morning. The service is more or less okay but the cleanliness issue has scope of improvement.
