I have needed a Drs appointment now (referred by the hospital) for a couple of months. Everytime I call the drs the phone is engaged, I'm on hold for sometimes 20mins before the line goes dead, If I get through the answer is always there is no appointments left go online to E consult (which tells me to make an appointment with the dr), or call back again the next morning, the one time I have managed to get an appointment the Dr called hours later than they promised, when I was in work, I missed the one call, and they didn't call back. They no longer let you use the mygp app, or make appointments for a future date. I have also tried to contact to surgery to tell them this complaint, no luck. I am at a loss as to what I can do except carry on calling at 0800 for half an hour and hope I strike lucky.

Just spoken to a lovely & sympathetic lady called Liz in regards to my terminally ill Mum who I feel has been totally let down by this GP practice - thanks for listening to me and saying her pain will be addressed.

Have been here for over 10 yrs. Always seen by great g.p's who are efficient & very friendly. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly and I have always managed to get an appt . Cannot understand so many neg reviews on this page. Have never encountered any problems here
