Found when I went in the garage on Sunday 3/3/19 that our solar panels weren’t working (saying there was a fault). I saw when I went on line that the company that fitted them had gone bust so needed someone urgent to come and have a look for me, this company were open so I gave Steve the owner a ring, he asked what the problem might be and turned up Monday 4/3/19 had a look and found a loose wire which he sorted for us. He deserves five star as very helpful and a nice chap to talk to and the best his cost to fix was very reasonable thank you again Steve

H R Solar Solutions Ltd came to replace my mother's inverter as the one I had installed originally had failed, out of warranty. I was kept very well informed of his anticipated arrival time. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and I'm pleased to say it's working brilliantly again now. I've even upgraded so I can keep an eye on energy production on an app! It was a pleasure to have him in the home, he was polite, friendly and willing to explain without being condescending! I plan to have them out to sort out some minor problems with the installation at my house next.

One of our Solar Panels had blown off the roof during recent high winds. Visit timings were a little varied from those agreed, but once started on the job he did not stop. Our installer was no longer around to resolve our problem so despite having not originally fitted our panels, and the fact that the fixing was one he had not come across or could find reference to, he managed to resolve the problem to our complete satisfaction. Would recommend him without hesitation.
