Ana was the perfect sales lady. With my Spanish being almost non existent she was very patient with me. She found me the ideal car. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She took me to the bank to pay for the car I had bought, even putting my bicycle in the boot so I didn't have to cycle the 8 kilometres back home. She sorted out all the Opel emails for me as I couldn't read them. Set everything on the car up for me. She even came to pick me up from home to collect the car. An absolute pleasure. She also taught me some Spanish words. Ana is an absolute gem. Highly recommend her. Thank you Ana
