We were so excited to eat here and were disappointed. Love dumplings and bao- food here was cold, the dumplings were super thick, a little undercooked, and overall disappointing. Also, expensive for what it is. We got a receipt and the cashier definitely overcharged us. We only know English, so there was not much we could do. Looks great, tastes mediocre at best.

As a fellow Shanghainese, I can not recommend this place at all...The food is expensive and definitely a tourist trap. The service is terrible and it feels as though the chefs don't really want to be there. On top of that, the food is premade and left to keep warm and not really fresh. To be honest, I would stay away from any food in this entire area as the smaller restaurants in the surrounding suburbs would be significantly cheaper.

Lots of variety cooked and ready to eat, but because it is precooked majority of the items have gone cold. The upside for those who are unfamiliar with Chinese food is being able to pick visually. This was the only place we came by that has seating. There are a few eateries away from this food complex and they serve good food.

Food is served in a buffet style where you pay once you've made all your selection. Despite how tasty everything may look, I would avoid this place as the food was cold and uncooked.
