Kay made the process or buying out first home much easier than we expected. The whole mortgage process can be complex, tedious and time consuming. Kay answered all of my questions (trust me I had ALOT) the same day. She went above any beyond what you would expect your mortgage broker to do. She also followed up with us later in the year to make sure that we had filed for our homestead exemption.
