Trying to screw a Veteran over around Memorial Day! Thanks American Family Insurance! American family agreed to pay for my vehicle damage because their insurer was at fault in the accident. They said I could take the vehicle to any body shop in the area that I choose. I researched shops and took it to the most highly rated shop in the area. The shop sent the estimate to fix my vehicle. American family thinks it’s to high and wants the shop to use used auto salvage parts instead of new parts. The auto body shop refused to use the used parts saying “ it’s not the right way to do the work.” Be weary before going with this company. Seems like a bunch of penny pinching crooks.
