The business model is fab but staff bit untrained. Leg pieces are cut in the middle inspite of clearly asking them to give leg pieces in full. Expect better as the quality of chicken is good. Why I say untrained? Well I asked the person to ensure proper cut after he cut two leg pieces in half wiping of the top 30%. He said he will take care and went on to cut it exactly like before chopping 30% off the top. I asked the other guy whether the person cutting is properly trained and he said he isnt.
