To begin,Just want to say am finally at the place whr i wanted to be always in my own hme town,thts GREEN SHINE ENERGY .Here i found the kind of atmosphere and the team u always want to be with. never ever i felt that am working here with my superiors, always felt we are a team, just like players try to execute there best performance ,whl supporting each other on the field ,we all try to do the best with the awesome support from our seniors and of-course our SIR VICKY KAPOOR, seriously in our city i had been to almost 30 odd organisation to work with but hardly anybody bothered ,and vicky sir is the only one who truly valued my skills and gave me the wonderful opportunity to wrk in his organisation. Hi David here, I have joined this organisation recently just a few months ago . Its cool working in an friendly atmosphere with a very supportrive manager and an amazing team... there is complete transperancy and its not just about work here, you have complete freedom for expressing yourself. I can just say its one of the finest organisation in Hubli. Trust me its really stressing and sometimes boring to work in an call centre, but its really fun and i am really enjoying my job here. I am working here since last six months, I still remember that 1st day of my interview , I was stammering just to give a self introduction. But still I'm selected for international B.P.O and from last six months I'm dailing for Australians , many ups and downs came in these six months but all about how you utilize and self drive your self, they are many bpo's in hubli which I don't wanna take names they will promise you like anything they will make you to dream beyond the expectation but all knows what kind of bpo's are running in hubli , I had a experience with them too , but according my experience with Green Shine Energy I can say proudly this is the finest bpo running in hubli from last many years, it also depends how the management are and how owner's behavior, and comes to support you will never find such supportive team leaders and they will support you like anything I can proudly disclose my management's name Stephan sir who will support you like anything and next comes to shiv sir , if you got his attention the thing is far different and Lastly comes to owner vicky Kapoor , he will always treat you like a family, many peoples comes and go but it depends on you that how you will survive yourself, yes there is many ups and downs but you guys must know that there is also a many ups and downs in families too, when you cannot leave your family than we should not leave the place where we are working, and for me this office is more like family.. I wished I could write more but there are some company policies we cannot share or disclose much. And Lastly I really want to thank all management And especially to vicky Kapoor/sir.
