Friendly staff all they came from Kundapur I went to buy a laptop and I brought it but the choice were not so much, I understand due lock down stocks are in less no. Finally I want to say bring more stocks and varieties please otherwise no doubt to deal with Harsha

Very bad service..I bought a IFB micro wave Owen in October 2019 and used it for two months during March when I tried to use it, not operative informed concerned and later due to lock down it was not attended and during March April follow-up was registered and somebody attended in June and till July 1st the owen is not operative. Very bad service, after sales, they don't bother to solve problem. Bad.

Good place, variety of products and a very good environment which is clean and neat. I recently bought a Bosch Washing machine and the guy who sold me constantly called me for three days before the sales . But as soon as the product got delivered and i called my sales guy he said he'll send installation people soon but they didn't come and now i have called him over 20 times and he won't pick my call !!!!!!!!! Horrible after-sales experience from Harsha (only this one) . I regret going to this store !!!!!!!
