This review is not only for this store but in general for all MedPlus stores... But writing it out for this store with my recent visit experience.... After my usual purchase... I also wanted to redeem my flexi reward points offered by MedPlus. But they declined my request of redeeming my reward points on my final bill, stating their own complicated rules with wrt products selected. I left without purchasing anything from this store. And then I went to Apollo Pharmacy nearby to this store, purchased the same products and similarly I requested for redeeming my reward points offered by Apollo Pharmacy...... And they where kind enough to do the needful on my final bill without any complications like MedPlus..... No questions asked. So MedPlus stop fooling your customers with such fake claims as reward points.
