Only show room is good to display. Manager is very rude person just acts as if we are strangers. I Purchased 2 jackets at night, the very next day I found jacket was more bigger and I went to exchange for size reason. We were about to inform manager, manager behaved like we were stranger and did not exchange straight away refused. We threw of jacket in his shop and return back. Happy that we gifted odd size jacket to manager. No customer satisfaction. Be sure before you go. In brand factory Hubli we were given exchange of cloths so easily but this shut off shop is extremely bad service. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Clothes variety is good but overrated. I purchased almost 10 times there but no discounts or points for the repeated customers. First of all billing and manager are the worst part of this shop, they behave like they are giving clothes on free of cost. I never seen a single smile on their face in 10 times visit. Since clothes variety is there visiting. Now i am purchasing in other shops to avpid to see these worst billing team.
Worst service, never think of buying anything there. Until you buy they politely smilingly they show wears. Once you buy and get out from the store then you are stranger. When we purchased few cloth items and one item size was bigger. I requested to exchange but manager behaved rude and spoke as if we are stranger. We threw off that over size jacket in shop and gifted them which was not good even quality wise when we saw in the morning. They are not concern with the customer satisfaction. It is not showoff it is shutoff. I recommend not to purchase.

Yesterday I had been to purchase some Jacket along with my family. I am also business men. The tag price which they say discounted price is fooling the people 3000 tag and on that they have written 1200 /- discounted price where the material is lesser than discounted price. They increase the price tag and say discounted with self created bar code on tags. So never get cheated by rates. They are totally cheating so stay far from this shop. Literally deceiving customers. Returning policy is very bad.
