Ordered a Tata Pravesh Door for which they took delivery time of close to 100 days , which was totally against their commitment terms. Although quality of the door is good, but if one has enough time only then this is recommended else you will end up with lot of frustration and all the interdependant works will be held up. Customer service is pathetic(of both Tata and the distributor) While it comes to the payment terms they are very specific, but ironically when it comes to acting as per the commitment terms they are worst. I can go on and on describing their pathetic delivery and the follow up I did. Have ample amount of time before you place the order is my suggestion.
