Customer service is very poor. Had given my Apache RTR 200 for service which literally had no problems before the service but after the service I started noticing problems in the bike, when I tried enquiring about it they said that clutch plate needs to be replaced right away without even checking the bike.Just for some amount of money these people loot their customers saying this part is damaged or that is to be replaced. The staff has a very bad attitude they do not know how to respect their customers. My suggestion is not to give your bikes for service at Vijalaksmi TVS better go for Prakalpa or somewhere else where they know how to respect their customers.The reputation of TVS motors is getting ruined because of such people.

Very bad customer care representative I had went to see tvs Jupiter scooter but the sales representative is like as if I am asking him bike for free no proper Boucher nothing Truly disappointed I felt PRAKLPA TVS good atleast in terms of customer sales representative

had very bad experience of bad service to my vehicle Bill no. JC NO. 37823 dt. 21/9/2019 Bill amt Rs. 1200. My had purchased just 1n 1/2 Jupitor classic, gave for servicing battery is replaced( stolen) n .Now my bike is not starting with starter..what the hell he did? If I had ZERO symbol to give then I would given it to their service. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE.
