We switched from cable to Hubris about a year and a half ago and are very pleased. We can stream video and VPN to work with no issues. I think we've only had to reboot our router a couple of times during this time. When we used cable we had to reboot the router every other week it seemed.

I want to say all things positive about this company but I can't. The customer service has always been great. The actual service such as WiFi is really, really slow. I can't stream Hulu or Netflix while just sitting on my computer trying to do simple tasks. It has to buffer every 10 seconds. We live really close to the Hubris office as well so I thought we would have great service but it is the exact opposite! If you are needing to complete a lot of tasks online while someone else in the house is playing video games or trying to watch Hulu or Netflix then this internet provider is not for you.
