I was looking for a professional to help my partner and I work through some challenges within our relationship. Andy’s first email to me was respectful and warm and that continued during our initial conversation and thereafter. I shared some of the key areas that had broken down in our relationship and Andy straightaway was able to offer reassurance and practical explanations as to the reasons why. Understanding each of our different communication styles really made a huge positive impact and the pennies (in our heads) started dropping from there. We still have a little further to go on our journey, but Andy has been there as and when we’ve need to talk to him. He cares about the people he works with and this has built a trusted relationship among us.

I am currently working for the NHS and sought Andy's expert advice in resilience training. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and the whole world seems to be hurting as well as being affected. Ensuring I remain a strong link for my team, as well as looking after myself, I reached out to Andy, a true expert in his field. I have previously worked with Andy and known him for many years and his skills did not disappoint. I'd highly recommend him and you will garner tools from him that will continue to serve you whatever challenges you face in the future.

I've only known Andy a short time, but in that time, he's helped to simplify and break down the reasoning behind why my emotions take over my life. Through understanding this, almost immediately I felt as though I was in more control of my own future happiness. Looking forward to working with him further to help me achieve success in maintaining a positive wellbeing.

I have known Andy for a long time, as a good friend and recently as one of his private clients. Andy’s in-depth knowledge tailored exactingly toward his clients’ understanding is remarkable. His ability to explain, in simple terms, the minds working, the challenges your body and mind accept and how to cope with different external influences, is perfect for anyone in a place where they need some Psychotherapy or even just coaching. And for me personally, coming from a dark place; with many unresolved issues and problems; Andy has challenged this, changed my perception and made me feel ready to take on the world on a day to day basis again. I didn’t believe that this would ever happen, but Andy has the ability to help. If you feel like you need some support, if you feel down and think there is no way out, there is. Make that first step and reach out to Andy at his clinic in Huddersfield.

I reached out to Andy regarding clarification on my thoughts and feelings. Andy was great at helping me understand the brain and how it works, he was welcoming and very trustworthy. Since my first email to Andy he has been extremely responsive and positive and is truly there for me. I would reccomend Andy to anyone, I myself wanted to speak to someone who could help me realise I'm in control of my life and that's exactly what Andy did for me. Sometimes speaking to friends and family isn't enough and it can be daunting trusting a stranger however Andy is that one person you can trust.

Andy McMenemy was really helpful with encouraging me to open up and I felt really comfortable at the same time, after only one Clinical Hypnotherapy session in Huddersfield I instantly feel like I have some hope for the future and can already see a massive difference in myself

I rarely connect or review openly and rarely relating to anything very personal. However, this is a subject that, for me, hit very hard recently when I lost my closest friend of recent years as a result of suicide. Whether it could have been prevented is a question that I will always have. I met Andy McMenemy on an executive leadership course which I put myself on some years ago. At the time he was a facilitator on that course. Over the years we have become friends and I have real admiration for this gentleman. There have been times since that course where I have needed to reach out to him to help me (where no-one else could) with real personal challenges following some very difficult life experiences (my brush with cancer and all that that brought with it). He is not only empathetic (by his own admission, he has faced his own personal challenges in the past), but he has set himself challenges (like breaking the world record of 66 ultra-marathons on 66 consecutive days in 66 different cities...completing this on his 50th Birthday!) and has developed a thriving business around knowing first-hand what it takes (mental toughness and resilience, physical stamina, and emotional strength) to meet challenges in business and in life. I know of no self-styled "Life Coaches" that have walked the walk like this man (he ran it!). I have nothing but admiration for his determination to succeed in life, and in this new part of his (ad)venture, his direction is serving others through credible and effective scientifically proven means which he has learned over years of study and personal practice. For anyone who is facing personal challenges in life (including in business) ... I would recommend speaking to Andy
