FABULOUS Purchased my Scarpa Terra GTX ladies walking boots here a few weeks ago. A good “old fashioned” style service that you don’t seem to get any more. The lady was in & out with quite a few pairs of different boots & insisted that I kept trying different pairs until I got a perfect fit. She did not push anything on to me & she was so patient with me, she was fabulous. Thank you very very much for all your help. It was well worth the journey from Pontefract & I will be back for all my future outdoor wear My boots are so good too, like walking on air!
First class service, I have recently got back into walking and needed some new walking shoes, I had my feet measured and was recommended a pair of wide fitting Keen walking shoe, they needed no breaking in and are really comfortable.
Extremely polite, helpful and patient staff. In every visit of mine over the years, I value the advice and service in making my choices. My first choice for gear always :)
