Due to the current lockdown restrictions and the shop being closed I completed a zoom call with Mike and Helen regarding information on range cookers , it was great as they could show me around the showroom and answer all the questions I had on the cookers they had. I had a particular cooker in mind and they had several in store so could show me them all. The only thing I need to decide is my colour choice but the call was extremely informative and a great way to find out the info I required before buying. I would recommend anyone else to do this whilst the current restrictions are on with this lovely family run company.

So pleased we chose to use a local business to buy our cooker rather than online. Able to view and handle products in well-stocked showroom. Mike and Helen gave excellent advice on the options available in range cookers and cooker hoods. Price competitive including removal of old Rayburn and installation of new cooker. Keeping customers and staff safe with adherence to Covid-19 guidelines. Follow-up review - 6 weeks since our cooker was installed. The team did sterling work installing our new cooker. They were professional and knowledgeable - taking care of the fabric of our house, leaving the kitchen clean and tidy, explaining key aspects of the cooker, providing helpful tips and answering our questions. Can definitely recommend Bower and Child - an outstanding/excellent local business. And just to add - we are loving using our new cooker!

Purchased a beautiful Rangemaster Range cooker from this brilliant company. I visited the lovely showrooms and was shown the various options available, nothing was too much trouble with no pressure to buy. After choosing a classic 5 burner model I was offered a very reasonable price. A week or two later it was carefully delivered by the in house team, the cooker is now installed and looks fantastic. We would recommend Bower and Child to even our fussiest friends.

We purchased a Bertazzoni range and we could not be more pleased. They showed us all the ranges in there large showroom talking us through each one. Bower and Child were extremely helpful and kept the range which we bought ex-display until we were able to take delivery; due to a kitchen extension this was for 3 months; this was no problem at all for them. Delivery was flexible and the two men that came were fantastic. I would highly recommend Bower and Child.
