I just moved house and I have visited BHF 3 times in 2 weeks to get new things and it is excellent. They have excellent volunteers ( Diane and Anne). The 20 delivery is worth the cost as not only did I get to pick the day. But on each occasion the driver rang me within 30 minutes of coming to my house. They were very polite and friendly drivers and I had my items the following morning both times before 10am. Excellent prices and service and will go again in future.

It is a very big shop with two floor of items. Its more furniture than electrical and everything is very reasonable. Sofas in various useable states all for 100. I brought 5 items from them and what a mess. After telling them the five items I wanted they put it in the book and I asked about payment to be told they thought I wanted the items collected. So we started all over again and I went round the shop showing them the items. They then put it through the till. This took half an hour and three members of staff. Another half an hour to actually book the delivery. Then I was rang the day before delivery was due to say they couldn't remember what the items were. The furniture turned up in a battered old van and the delivery guys damaged my front door and hall getting the items in. The last item they had trouble getting in the front door so simply left it in the front garden and told me it was my problem to get it in. I spent 200 with them and another 20 for delivery. The items were very cheap but I wish I had paid more to have a decent customer service and delivery experince. If your buying small items you can fit in your car or have a van to collect the items then its a great shop but I would go elsewhere if you need to have the items delivered.

Got a great price on a crt tv and one of the staff even helped carrying it to my car, which was about 10 doors down.

Absolutely rubbish, called in and said I was coming before 5 and after I drove 80miles to get there they said they didn't have any staff to get my item out the warehouse.
