After reading the reviews I rang the store beforehand and spoke to somebody. I took my 10yo daughter and 9yo son today and couldn't fault the service we received. She marked my daughters ears so we could check and we adjusted where they were to go and it was done quickly and efficiently. She then marked my sons ear before the piercing for us to check that it was OK. The service we received was professional and friendly and we came away happy. Now we need to make sure that they clean them as instructed. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for my children.

Absolutely disaster with pricing for my daughter!!! New stud too far from existing one at left ear. Ive said to the pricing lady that is to far, no reaction at all!!! Now my girl have to take one earings out as looks awful! Cant eaven go there and show to "specialist " as they closed. Would not recommend that place for pricing!!! What a shame cant upload pictures so u all would see the job!

One year I lost one my ear stud went in store to get replacement one and ask one staff to put in ear for me one staff said no for some reason Clairs in Huddersfield got rude staff not going in again

Pierced my ears unevenly. The staff member who pierced my ears was very unfriendly and she was rude to the person I was with, would not recommend.
