Amazing place to come and exercise..ladies Gym it's like 1 big family..staff are amazing and the instructors are very knowledgeable. Manager Nicola is very friendly and helpful would recommend to all the ladies x

Not a lot of equipments. They only hv treadmills and the staff are not friendly at all. They are very rude

Great place for a workout and catch up with friends.

Boring run down gym. Only about 30% of machines properly function in cardio room. Gym is in deserate need of upgrade. Not many facilities either. More suited for older lafies who need to get out of the house. One member of staff i find rude and intimidating.
