I cannot recommend this wonderful restaurant enough! Wow! We ordered a turkey dinner as a birthday night in. They forgot a single desert & honestly I would have been happy with a credit but they delivered 2 with an apology from Eric himself! Talk about the extra mile! The food! No words! The service! Impeccable. So busy but yet so jovial & friendly. Astounding xx

I ordered three sunday dinners and an exquisite birthday cake for my mum. It was lovely. I wanted to make the day as special as possible, especially considering our current restrictions. My mum really appreciated her gift and she enjoyed the good food. It was a nice evening. Thanks you!

We ordered the Sunday roast takeout and we were not disappointed! Absolutely gorgeous and big portions! Best Sunday roast we have had in a long time! We would definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit! Absolutely delicious, the best cake that I have ever tasted. Could not recommend it highly enough.

We went here for the first time ever today for Sunday lunch and it is hands down the best meal we've had in a restaurant in years! All 3 of each of our courses were absolutely perfect.. the portion sizes were huge and the meat was cooked perfectly! The place itself it beautiful inside and the staff are all so friendly, attentive and accommodating. Will definitely be going again!

Ordered the Valentine’s take out menu for me and my partner. I was not impressed. To start I had to stand in the rain and cold for 25-30 minutes even though I stated I wanted to pick my order up at 17:30. My order was not correct several items missing from my order. The food was of a poor standard. Very poor infact, the pulled pork taco starter was a mockery of pulled pork dumped on a plain tortilla wrap. My partners parfait was soggy and foul tasting. Not to mention the slither of a slice of bread she received. It looked like a meal you would be served on a plane. The main was no better. Roast potatoes were poor, hardly even roasted. And dauphinois potatoes were hard with minimal sauce. The beef was ok. However the beef was served in the takeaway tin with the vegetables which served pink left a blood residue at the bottom of the tray which also covered the vegetables too. All in all very disappointing, chucked it in the bin and went to McDonald’s. Have tried to contact since but not answer, currently waiting a reply. Having been before and enjoyed my food I’m extremely disappointed. With it been under new ownership I guess it’s just not at the same standard!! See photos Happy Valentine’s Day!!
