I ordered underlay twice from FW Direct and on both occasions I found the customer service very good, even when my order couldn't initially be fulfilled on the required date, Josh sought to remedy as best he could. Spoke to Josh and he was super helpful with all the questions I threw at him. I feel like he gave me honest advice about the products. The delivery was on the selected date and went very smoothly. As for the product, I got the karma soundlay 15mm mats, be aware these are heavy about 20kg a piece so be prepared for that. I would also add these are very easy to cut with a knife. In terms of effectiveness, I would say after about a week, these have had a significant impact. For the first time in years I'm able to sleep without the aid of a white noise machine at high volumes. I wish I had done it sooner. Also I would add these are not a good underlay for comfort, I put underlay on top so its nicer to walk on. If you are suffering from noise from below I recommend you go for it, but dont expect to totally soundproof a floor as there will always be some level of sound.
