Absolutely gobsmacked !! Shocking service. Order 2 boards of 3mm MDF cut to size ( to fit my laser bed ). Went to collect and they got the size wrong. They rang to say they’d resolve it and cut again to the right size. Understandable, as it was their fault. Went to collect and they tried to charge me AGAIN for the boards that they cut wrong. Told them I only wanted the boards that will fit my laser bed. Refused to give me the boards I paid for as they said it was my fault ????????? Huh ! Yeah, because I would specifically ask for the boards to be cut smaller than what I need. Spoke to a manager who didn’t want to resolve and admit that the fault was on them. Left me in a position where I couldn’t take the boards I paid for. Instead he was rude and said I’m not having them and told his colleague to give me a refund !! Will find a more friendly merchants and will be telling my fellow laser cutting pals not to use them again.

Nice set of lads in yard and trade counter. Good selection of all kind of timber and products related to timber. Okay prices, but have found a few items cheaper in other timber yards. Also helpful on the phone too. 5 stars for great service!

Excellent personal service with all staff following corona virus procedures. Only negative was that the computer system requires an update as eventually had to revert to the old fashioned pen and paper.The gentleman serving me was most helpful and dealt with the hiccup extremely well but very frustrating for him and the customer waiting behind me.

Good place to get wood the younger staff are ok but the older staff in the red shirts and complete nonses especially that short bold one Jesus Christ.
