I called late thursday evening, he was with me in 10 minutes, was able to get me in, but had found that he was unable to get door secured as the whole fitting was broken, he was able to fit a temporary lock till could get me the correct fittings, which he managed to get the next day. Brilliant customer service fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. I would recommend and use again.
