Thank you! Spin classes have been fantastic during the last few months of Lock-Down. Always well structured, varied with great music. Trevor's enthusiasm and encouragement have made these sessions a pleasure. My fitness levels are up, my weight down...... feeling good. Just what i wanted!

This is a life-saver for me - the combination of massage and personal trainer has helped me stay mobile after too many hours spent sitting down in Zoom sessions. The personal attention only adds to the experience. I highly recommend.
Since we went back into lock down in October and gyms closed to classes, I have being taking part in HD1 spin classes three times a week via zoom. Not only have these sessions help keep my fitness up and helped with my mental health but they have also been great fun and making you still feel part of the spinning team with great music, routines and even still good laugh at times.
Awesome virtual spin classes! Motivating and a lot of fun, pushes me to work harder. Can’t wait to be going in the gym too!
Spin class - This has been a lifeline to me during lockdown. Trevor organised for a group of people to hire his spin bikes and access his on-line spinning classes 3 times a week! I’ve loved it!! Big Trev is a legend! He’s working hard to keep us all motivated and staying as fit as we can during these unprecedented times. Thanks Trevor!!
Joined the spin class during the national lockdown. Loved every minute, great atmosphere some amazing people, and Trevor (instructor) pushes you hard but also to everyone’s limits. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go to the gym once it’s back open!
Great space to train free weights, massive rig, cardio machines, sled track, everything you need. Great for personal trainers also.
We run online spin classes from HD1 Fitness Clinic, giving the public an opportunity to spin from their home. The feedback from customers has been very positive and we look forward to increasing our classes in the future. .
