What started out as a wishful warranty claim on a 5 year old RS6 turned into me spending 4k with them on my car. Ateeq (Body shop manager) told me from the offset it was highly unlikely Audi in Germany approve warranty work to the body outside of the 3 year 'new car's warranty period. Nevertheless, he put forward my claim and supported my application by justifying why the work needed doing (rightfully so) and got it approved! My car was booked in with Bradford Audi for maintenence work the following week. They were terrible at answering the phone and returning back messages which concerned me as my reason for paying extra for work at a dealership was to recieve a hassle free, certified workmanship with genuine parts. My confidence was somewhat lost and out of curiosity, I asked Ateeq to see if he could beat the quote on my car Bradford Audi had supplied. Straight away Manjit (Service Representative) saved me 200 even though Bradford & Huddersfield are a Sytner Company. Moreover, they arranged a courtesy car and ensured it was Covid Safe and replaced my battery in the key for free. They also carried out a full 4 wheel alignment including camber and caster when Bradford were offering only front wheels for the same price Bradford were charging. Finally, the overall service I recieved from Elliot was outstanding. I run a business myself and customer service is at the top of my business agenda and I recieved the service I expected or would myself give to someone else. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

I have wanted an Audi S1 for about 6 months, however didn't want to take out HP or PCP. Having found one on the Audi Approved website, I phoned Huddersfield Audi to enquire. The entire process was very pleasant from end to end - from when a polite receptionist promised a Sales colleague would phone me back (which he did within an hour), to discussing my requirements, buying the car and having it delivered 200 miles from Huddersfield to my house. Being a 30-something female and having bought previous cars, being patronised is something that I unfortunately expect, however Graham Hanson was the complete opposite of a 'typical' Salesman. Completely non-pushy, very communicative, set expectations and met them. Paying over the phone / bank transfer was very easy and despite having never seen the car, I was happy purchasing it based on the Audi Warranty / money towards its first MOT if anything is wrong (apart from consumables). I've only had the car 4 days, so can't say long term if there are any issues - but in regards to my dealings with Huddersfield Audi, I'd say that they have so far been incredibly positive.
