Placed order simply because 24 hour delivery was showing as available, this being the crucial element, not price. Chose delivery from iDeal website, which offered a slot two days later, paid, received an electronic order acknowledgent noting goods were being prepared for dispatch and then...... nothing. No dispatch notification, no call, no email. Phoned on due delivery day- answerphone. Left message, still nothing. Had to then panic buy locally so emailed cancellation with reasons and reminded via email twice more that I had received no response. Advsied that I would have to leave poor review on Social Media if not sorted. Then had a message a week later to say that I would get a reply by 10am next day. Didn't happen. Day after, late afternoon (Friday), had a voice message to ask me to call to discuss. I emailed over the weekend to again request a refund. No response. Contacted Credit Card company and advised of dispute. Emailed iDeals again to advise and received an email to say my account has been refunded. That was on 12 Jan. It's now 16th Jan, no refund showing or pending. I've held off with this review to be as fair as possible but enough is enough. Original order date 27/12. At the minimum this is misrepresentation. I would give zero stars if I could. iDeal... far from it.

I have the same experience as below with total lack of communication and given the run around when requesting a refund. Absolutely rubbish and a very dodgy company claiming and promising things they can't deliver. Needs to be shut down. Ended up disputing the charge for a refund from credit card company.
