Customer service is spot on. The guys did have a few issues with the complicated wiring of my new model 3008 but very quickly and efficiently sorted it out. Great service. Highly recommended.

We were due to take our caravan away using a new car which had come with a detachable towbar already fitted - only problem being that the towbar neck had been damaged and would not reattach securely. The guy running the company (sorry don't have a name!) ordered us a new neck which was delivered the next morning and then somehow he found time to fit the new socket and to improve the original fitting between jobs they already had booked in - so we got away just one day later than planned. Unbelievably good service!
