Amazing service from Joan, she couldn’t have been anymore helpful if she tried! I have never bought or sold a car and she explained everything honestly and thoroughly. She let me do everything at my own pace and didn’t put me under any pressure at all. Not only was she brilliant with me, but she was so patient with my 18 month old son who screamed most of the way through our conversations. She even let him say hello to her beautiful dog Roxy which definitely made his day. Thank you Joan for your brilliant service and help, I will certainly be recommending you to my friends and family when they have any car enquiries in the future.
