As the KAL gym at Holmfirth had a power cut we decided to go to Lockwood - and very pleased we did too. The facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly. An altogether bigger and better gym than what we were used to. Complementary coffee was well. What's not to like.

Nice clean, tidy gym. Excellent classes and instructors, weight machines and a weight room. Plenty of room in the changing rooms and showers.
Extremely clean and well presented. Lots of posers during peak hours taking selfies or training in groups. Best time is first thing in the morning, literally opening time or last hour in the evening.
