Contacted to undertake a couple of jobs at my new house. Arranged to come to do the job - never turned up. After chasing, got a brief/vague text about a broken drill and trying to get hold of another one... and heard nothing more. No updates, no apology, nothing. Very disappointing. It's a shame as, while the initial jobs were small, I have a lot of big projects lined up for my new house so a LOT of future work for someone who is reliable and turns up!

From the first call to langfield property maintenance I knew form their manner that they would be professional and accountable. They were employed to redecorate my parents home and were very good. They started the job and finished a 4 bedroom house within a 2 week time frame! They paid attention to detail and truly went above and beyond. My parents are elderly and Wanted someone who would be reliable and decorate to a high standard. They were truly happy with the finish (as was I!) and I can honestly say they are professional and I would use them again! Definitely recommend them.
James fitted two wall-mounted cabinets in my bathroom. As one of the cabinets was on the heavy side for my plasterboard walls, he had to improvise a bit, and I am super happy with the finished job. All done quickly and tidily. Great job.
These guys completed fully decorating our house in the summer. We were very happy with the work and the guys' work ethic. They worked very hard to complete the work as soon as possible, without compromising the quality. They managed best endeavours while other works were being completed around them. We'd definitely use them again. Now almost 6 months later we're still very happy with the finish.
Job well done! Had our hallway papered (pattern matched too!) with ceilings repainted. Looks stunning! So pleased. Meticulous and hard working. Would highly recommend. Very well priced. We are having James back to tart up our front door and change the door furniture as well as paper the living room and hang some other bits and pieces. So very helpful.
