Had a puncture last night on a busy A road. Rang these guys and they were fantastic. Gave lots of helpful advice and Chris was super calm and kept me calm as the traffic was whizzing past me! He said he would ring every 20 mins while I waited, which he did. I was on my own in the dark and it was quite icy, so I really appreciated that. Help arrived quickly too. Excellent service!

Very sensible prices, very good customer lines managed by polite people speaking good English in a crystal clear line, had a breakdown and their Britannia Rescue acted very swiftly and all went as smooth as possibly can, just moved house after two weeks of the last renewal and got a refund on my policy when I called them to change the address as the area is cheaper insurance-wise, very very pleased!

Broke down on the A11 in Cambridgeshire in our Mercedes Viano. 23-month old triplets on board. These guys were fantastic. Sent out a 9-seater Taxi to get the girls home and relayed the vehicle in just over one hour. Highly recommended.

Have been with Brittania for many years. Broke down on way back from Oxford to Lancaster. EML on. Very good on phone, but took nearly 2.30 to arrive. They arranged for the vehicle to be stored overnight, then transported to a specialist garage in the lake District the following day. They also arranged a courtesy car via Enterprise, who were excellent, to get us home ( me my wife and the dog) . The recovery driver was really pleasant and helpful as were all the people I spoke to at Brittania and Enterprise.
