I really have been impressed with them. It started with them sorting all my collections and deliveries. They saved our warehouse staff about 3 hours per day with their software integration (which was free and I’d also been told by our previous parcel courier company (one of the big boys!) that what I wanted was impossible!!). The technology that they’ve added to our logistics operation has saved us loads and they’ve also helped us to start exporting too. Wayne, Michael, Gemma and Janette also handle all our customer service queries too which is a lot lot better than calling a call centre (and nicer too). They sort our business insurance now too (which again, saved us money) and in 12 months (when we are out of this energy contract) they’ll be sorting that for us. Great service, great products and a great team! I thought I'd update this 11 months after posting all of the above......... They still do everything for me that I mentioned above and they have also just sorted us an unbelievable Electricity contract!!!! I'm so impressed with their service, guidance and the cost saving obviously! I've recommended them to loads of our business neighbours now and will continue to do so.

They've done so much for us and we're really grateful. Procuright deal with the majority of our indirect procurement and have brought nothing but top level suppliers to the table with the right mix of cost saving, quality and future proofing. Equally important for us was the ticking our own "corporate boxes" and CSR. They ensured all of this and much more.

I've got quite a few services through them. Deliveries, insurance, waste and energy when it transfers over. Super impressed with the figures! We're talking thousands in savings which was a massive surprise but their customer service is fantastic too. If you're thinking what they can do won't be much (I felt a bit like that when I was referred to them) for you then you're probably wrong. To the point where I'm not quite sure how I got on with the services above before knowing them. Very very happy customer here.

We are an online men's fashion retailer providing products suited to the modern male. We’d been having trouble keeping up nwith and shipping out our orders. We spoke to business cost saving and within about 2 weeks we’d got their software integrated into our online shopping cart and its literally solved everything! The prices are great (it’s actually a bit cheaper than what we were paying), the software is saving me and my business partner time (anything that gets ordered on our site, automatically has the labels generated now and our customers can choose a price and delivery service that suits them – we are getting positive feedback from customers about this) and we can aprroch them for advice when we need it…….. which we do as we’re now starting to export! I’m not sure we’d be going down this route if we hadn’t got in touch with these guys – thanks for everything so far. Danny.
