Visited yesterday after booking in for a Pre-Warranty check on my RR, best car park I've ever seen, huge spaces obviously well planned for the larger vehicles they are dealing with, helpful and friendly staff met and walked you in observing Covid-19 regulations, plenty of hand sanitisers available and entered a large airy and light reception where I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Received a call a few hours as promised to inform me my RR was ready to be collected, returning and finding everything in order and that their were no issues of concern. Thank you Rebecca for your service.

Awful service, aggressive car park attendant who verbally abused me for not wearing a face mask.... I’m exempt. Treated me like dirt. Don’t visit ....take your business elsewhere. I bat for team human and expect to be treated as a human being. Huddersfield Rybrook Landrover hang your head in shame.... would your car park attendant have abused me if I was a man ? I think not. Get your house in order, I’ll be buying my Range Rover from another landrover garage that understands the concept of treating all humans as equals.

Absolutely brilliant service for Dawns Evoque where there was a tiny windscreen leak-repaired efficiently and quickly Brilliantly handled by Jeanette in the Service team who organised it with JLR and Rybrook and kept us informed every step of the way No one on the gate checking entry now which is good as recent guy who had a car parked across was somewhat brusque and power mad ! Staff today organising entry to the service area could not be nicer and more caring and helpful which was great.He could not have been more helpful and he and Jeanette deserve a raise and a pat on the back from James Eccles -hope he read this !!!
