The Panniest Pan

I came in a while ago and i was really annoyed. the girl serving was rude and childish. she didnt serve me even though i was stood waiting patiently for ages, and when she EVENTUALLY came she had price stickers on her forehead! she was very rude and clearly didnt want to be there, and honestly i dont see why anyone should come here if this is the kind of staff you keep. ive been many times before and another girl who works there is so polite and helpful, i loved coming here but heard she is no longer working. makes me sad to see that she has been replaced with someone so rude :(

Pan With A Wrench

Came in about 10 mins before closing, worried of being turned away, but staff were very helpful. They understood that I wasn't able to come earlier because of my studying hours and helped me out quite a bit. They had to count a LOT of buttons, but did so with genuine smiles and even gave advice. When they didn't have something that I needed, they told me of places where I could get hold of them. Really friendly and they have (mostly) everything! Would love to come back again and again!! :D

After a bad experience being ignored and spoken to rudely in this shop I was reluctant to return. However, I needed material and they do have a very large selection of anything you could want. The store is tight, cramped and if you ask someone if they can serve you, be prepared for a short 'I'm with someone' - even if they don't look to be. Thankfully we were served by a very friendly young lady who is the reason this review is a 4*! The range and quality of products are 4*, if not 5* but the level of service from older staff members is barely worth 3*.

Dont normally write reviews. Have been here when the shop is pretty empty a couple of times and the staff have been very rude on both occasions refusing to acknowledge you or being snarky when asking simple questions about their stock of embroidery thread. Wont be going here again, not worth the disrespectful attitude.
