Easily the best car showroom, I've visited. Given that they sell cars aimed at a family, it was nice to see that they allotted some of their space to potential customers beyond the perfunctory coffee in the lounge.

After having a terrible experience at the Leeds branch we visited the Huddersfield branch on a whim to see if there were any second hand Smart Forfour's available. Abigail was tasked with helping us out and we couldnt have got a better person! She went out of her way to help us, explaining all the options available, checking what was available in a 40 mile radius, and also getting a test car to drive there and then that was locked in their compound. We went from only looking to purchasing one, and were there for about 3 hours! The coffee and biscuit facilities are great as well! Thank you for all your help!

Discussing customer service! No help whatsoever. The staff no absolutely nothing about the cars they’re selling. Unable to fix the them so just fob you off. Do not buy a smart car otherwise you’ll have fault after fault and not be able to get them fixed! So disappointed with the terrible smart service

Bad company, disgusting rude, unhelpful staff. Sell faulty cars and technicians are that thick they can't repair a fault that hits them in the face. Manager of garage is arrogant. They're all happy and nice to you when you pass your thousands of pounds to them but as soon as a fault appears you get treat like dirt.

From day one this garage has been helpful and very good with communication, I bought a approved used car in March, and when I went to collect it, the person helping us by the car called Amy was very helpful and had an outstanding attitude towards us by knowing our names as soon as we came into the showroom. Months down now, we are in July, my car occurred with some problems and I'm from all the way in Manchester and the garage is in Huddersfield, the customer service was still the best, they came all the way down from Huddersfield to my house and dropped off a courtesy car and took my car, this was the outstanding customer service I got from them and was really happy, they resolved my problems and bought the car back. I give 5/5 starts to Mercedes of Huddersfield garage, customer service and Amy and the team. Thank you very much.
