Great museum in a beautiful place and you can ride on a barge into the tunnel. Probably not open currently though due to the pandemic

I stumbled across this Picturesque little place which is great for walking and a great cafe that served us the nicest carrot cake I've ever tasted.. Would visit again

Closed until the spring, but a great walk from Slaithwaite (6.5miles rtn). Cafe not open either, with the nearest being in Marsden. There is (was) a portacabin available.

fantastic building with all the history of the famous tunnels how they constructed them and there importance at the time, look forward to April 2021 when they have slated as when they will re open to the public, and cruises down the canal again.
