Because I never been out since a year, I didn't know this shop, so I went in and I didn't regret it, it's lot of range and choses and amazing prices, I love it and will come back again if Borris doesn't lockdown again.

Worked for the Food Warehouse Huddersfield as a Delivery Driver for their online orders - never allowed a break - unachievable targets blamed for everything - worked 12 hour shifts but only ever paid 9 hours - they deliberately don't have a clock in system tor remove evidence - EXPLOITATION and always underpaid. Manager Marissa is a bully Also 90% of these reviews are by iceland employees, who really spends time to review a frozen supermarket to say how wonderful it is? Nobody

This review is a reply to David's 1 star review complaining about payment and hours for delivery staff. This story doesn't yet have delivery available so his review isn't applicable to this store. The issues he raises, if they are true, aren't really suited to a Google review. He has FW/I head office to complain t, after that there are govt agencies that respond to issues like this and there are things called lawyers who could sue the company. My experiences in this store have generally been good. Slight issues would have made me give a 4 rating but David's spam has forced me to give a 5.

Delivery went to wrong address, never received a refund at all. No phone calls back to arrange a refund at all so they have kept my money and my order.
