I went into Thomas Cook travel agents recently, to see if it would be cheaper to book with an estate agent rather than book online. I spoke with a lady and told her what holiday I’d be interested in, she took some deets and said she’d look into it and call me back!? **never turn a customer away** isn’t that the whole point of booking with an agent, you look together? I still haven’t received the phone call. Absolute joke! Book online folks it’s clear they are not interested in taking bookings.
