This review is bit critical I'm sure if owner reads it, they might improve for future. I booked car service for my fiesta, normally I would had get that done from any garage for around 100 but obviously ford is going to charge extra for labour and stuff (I've been charged over 80 quid for just labour). I've given them all these stars because they were following SOPs that's kind of good obviously you feel more secure in this kind of situation. After service, mechanic left the paper under my clutch that I would be expecting to be removed by themselves for hygiene purposes obviously. There wasn't any major thing to do in my car as it is relatively new, so I didn't feel much difference. One more thing, on ford website when you book service, you're told that you will get a 26 points something video that till date I have not received and it is about a month now. So overall, my experience was not too good and I'll probably never go back there again
