Great guys to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful. My patio door had a gap at the top on the handle side, been there for years so during lockdown I thought I'd see if the hinges were worn and swap top to bottom which I did with n o improvement. I contacted these guys from their we site asking if they could help with replacement hinges. They asked a few questions and sent a link to a you tube video they'd done explaining how to set the door up which worked a treat. They could have just sold me hinges but didn't, I'm very impressed and will certainly use them again and recommend others do too. Thanks guys! (and no I'm not connected in any way just a very satisfied customer.

Tried three other Companies to get a replacement lounge window key, so we could get fresh air in lounge as I am shielding due to the virus..Had no joy until I found this company using Google, the replacement key was identified and sent to me within a couple of days!....I spent tiny amount of money with UPVC spares, friendly, knowledgeable and speedy service!...Excellent..
Excellent service. They helped me source the correct hinge cover for my old uPVC doors. Then they came quickly and these was a discount because I ordered 6 pairs. And they fit perfectly. They are powder coated aluminium so much better quality than the old plastic ones which were breaking up.
