I arrived at a dead end when querying Virgin call centres and using the online website, so I chose to physically go instore to try and resolve my issue. I was told I should try calling Virgin, or trying again online. Poor customer service with no guidance and a ‘computer says no’ attitude. Cheers guys!

We've been customers for over 3 years now. I have to say that of late it's gone down hill rapidly. The call centre they're using is abroad and they barely speak a word of English. Often they are reading a script so if you don't have a basic question then you will get transferred or hung up on. Also they mess up your contract and don't know much about the phones they are selling. They also seem mean and out to get your money I've lost all confidence in them and the brand.
Virgin media as a company are a bunch of liar rudest customer service unprofessionalism corrupt scandalous rip off merchants Iv ever come accross it’s beyond me how they are still open and not been shut down, say one thing do another promise you deals for low price and then argue and talk over you when trying to say you have been mislead or treated, managers hang up foreign customer call centres in Philippines have no idea, disgusting and I can’t wait to the end of my contract to leave and never come back, never know a company that get away with murder, and on customer feedback say we will be having words with the agent yet my situation is the same, the problem is at the top that’s why the people who are in the call centres don’t care as the say all calls are recorded yet only when it suits them, as if I asked to get a call listen to they say it wasn’t recorded but after much upset distress and anxiety they then say I’m coming accross rude and out of order, defo going to be going to trading standards and making sure this company gets no more of my money! If I could would leave 0 star rating! AVOID IF YOU WANT QUALITY FOR MONEY AND A STRESS FREE TV PACKAGE PHONE LINE BROADBAND!!
Virgin media have the most useless customer service that I've ever had to deal with. Not only did the moving house department completely mess everything up I had to open a new account to just get Internet back. And now they can't even changed my email from my old account to the new account. Its like smashing my head against a wall everytime I have to deal with them. If it wasnt for the decent Internet speed I get these would of lost a customer a long time ago.! Bafoons

I visited the store today with my parents and we were served by a lovely young man called Jordan, he was so helpful, I would like to suggest that he should be recognised for all his hard work, if I ever go back to the Virgin media store, I know if Jordan is working I feel very confident that I will come away feeling happy with my experience, thank you Jordan, my dad is very pleased with his new phone.
