The kitchen design stage was satisfactory, however the issue arose when we raised questions about the design and contract notes. The word I would use is \evasive\. Queries raised were not awnsered and seemed to be ignored. The process for the survey of the existing kitchen for the new kitchen design never took place. Unfortunately I am now aware of 2 other people close to me who have similar expirenance, one has totally loss faith and wants a full refund for the kitchen and has yet to be fitted. The other is disappointed in the overall quality of the kitchen and stated will not use Wren again. The 3rd I know off ripped the Wren kitchen out and fitted a less expensive better quality kitchen. Thus far we are disenchanted.

Don’t trust your designer, they will show you a 3D render of what you can have but get you to sign off on something different. When you speak to them directly the designer will say of course that’s what you can have and I will ensure this is waft you will get but once it is signed off if anything is wrong don’t think they will be helpful at all.. If you call head office to try to resolve your problems good luck. Wren are very clever with their contract wording and great at changing their side of the agreed contact such as saying the financial agreement is not correct so they can delay, not sticking to delivery dates or completion dates that where agreed, if you try to ask for help or query something with head office you might have more luck making gold from coal.

Melissa my designer was fantastic and very patient, we went through so many different designs and configurations. The kitchen was purchased for a property im doing up to resell, the quality of kitchen is superb. We did have a damaged door front, i reported it and with no problem what so ever, a replacement arrived within two days. I will be using Wren over and over again.
All the staff were friendly and helpful and our designer, Gina, made the whole process enjoyable as well as giving us the perfect design that works well and looks great.
