My mother was only supposed to be in rehab short term. No visitors due to COVID. I understand that. Prior to being there, she was at the hospital. Dr’s there said her heart readings were good, no sign of infection, etc. I spoke to her at 6:45 - tried calling back at 8:15. No answer. Someone called me back to say she was found no responsive. Now, after several requests, you are refusing to release her medical records to me even though I have medical power of attorney and durable power of attorney. She should not have died under your care and I want her records for my own piece of mind. However, you have refused or ignored all my requests. Not to mention the rude staff member that called me after 1 am to tell me I needed to continue to call the funeral home to have her picked up. When I told him that no one at the funeral home was answering the phone and their voicemail said their hours were 9 am, he said, “What, she’s supposed to lay here until 10 or 11 in the morning.” There was no reason for him to act that way or say those things during a time when someone with a heart would show compassion. I deserve answers- beyond the cookie cutter responses you give on all the lower rated reviews.

EXCELLENT THERAPY! I was a patient there for almost 2 weeks. My insurance is Wellmed. When I first arrived I was placed on a semi-private room even though I didn't have a roommate I really wanted a full private room (I like to be on my own) I talked to the Admitting department and they explained to me that my insurance didn't cover the full private but they were going to give it to me either way. I was very happy about it. I was a little sad because they don't allow visitors at that time but they were so kind to offer facetime so I was able to see my daughter and grandkids through an Ipad with the help of guest relations. It was nice to see them after being in the hospital for so long. I'm now home with a provider. I'm almost fully recovered from my hip. I highly recommend this place. God bless to all the workers there.

Huebner Creek's customer service over the phone is over the top! With the pandemic going on, I always feel safe knowing the resident's are well taken care of with just a phone call or a post on facebook. Daily postings of activities are a great way to keep families aware of their loved ones and Huebner does this very well. Kuddos to the staff at Huebner Creek for always going above and beyond!

I was asked by Edna Garcia to leave a Google review for my mothers experience at Huebner Creek. I was more than happy to do it for them. My sister was transferred to Huebner Creek 3 weeks ago for therapy even though she was supposed to stay there for only 10 days she ended up staying almost 20 days. She wasn't ready to be sent home. They even helped me to appeal the insurance decision about sending my sister home. Basically Huebner helped me to keep my sister longer to get more therapy. That was a blessing!!! I'll definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.
