Service advisor Bruce Brown went above and beyond for us today. We called about our 2018 Subaru Legacy needing service. We were 90 % sure it was the rear wheel bearings. When I called and spoke to the customer service for Subaru I was told the warranty was 60, 000 miles or 5 years. Which the warranty was out so we would be paying out of pocket. Tina was nice and helped us make an appointment with the estimated repairs. Today when my husband took the car in and it was the wheel bearings, Bruce took the time to check what warranties we are carrying, which we had the Zurich warranty which covered the repairs. We want to say \Thank you\ to Bruce for the excellent customer service and watching out for your customers. We really appreciate it.
