It was an interesting museum to visit. Free entrance, small but still things to see.

Huelva Museum is housed in a modern building on the southern outskirts of the city. As you enter you immediately see the 3 metre diameter water wheel found at the Rio Tinto mine. This was one of a number of wheels powered by slaves during Roman times which was used to draw water from the lower levels of the mine. The museum also contains finds from the megalithic sites of La Zarcita at Santa Bárbara de las Casas and El Pozuelo at Zalamea la Real and Phoenician and Greek artifacts found during excavations in the city itself. For an understanding of events in the Huelva province from about 3000 BC to Roman times this museum makes a good starting point. In January 2015 information was presented only in Spanish.
It's one of the most important place in history as well as in huelva. It has a boat in it on which christopher coloumbus had sail. Worth to visit.
Small museum with not so many pieces, to spend thirty minutes if you have time to spare
