Visiting this restaurant has changed the way I see culinary experiences. When you attend a music concert, you do not choose the pieces that you want to listen to but rather let yourself be carried away by the director or creator. I let myself be carried away with the Dirac menu, which curiously follows one of the guidelines of one of the greatest physicists in history: use beauty as a criterion to choose between forking paths. The menu is a true Dirac symphony that takes you in more than four movements from an adagietto with cod and sauce with ham extraction, to the allegro vivacce of tuna ceviche and to the majestic Gentleman's cut. The service is impeccable, attentive and close at the same time. It was a wonderful experience. Let yourself go. Wear your best clothes and let the director start the music.
Came here to try the Taster menu and..... WOW! Each plate was amazing, well thought out and presented. Definitely recommend adding the wine option, a glass for every plate. Also recommend not eating breakfast - great value for money and a world of tastes! I will be coming again. X

Restaurante masero es un lugar magnífico para deleitar una comida exquisita. La presentación de sus platos llenos de creatividad me encantaron. El local con una decoración cuidada y el trato del servicio es estupendo. Cuentan con un menú de lunes a viernes a mediodía por el módico precio de 15 euros con dos platos bebida y postre. Durante la comida ponen música muy escogida y cuando piden bebida peruana suena alto música de mariachi,un detalle original. Te ofrecen pan de semillas, regañas, colines...es recomendable una visita y es un honor contar en Huelva con este restaurante con tan buena relación calidad precio
