Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Terraminium cannot charge to foreign accounts. Seems that non-Spanish residents receive a different treatment.

Horrible real estate manager. Cannot invoice to foreign bank accounts, which is somewhat understandable. What is not understandable however, is that an unsympathetic and stubborn employee will wrongfully tell you -in capital letters- that an IBAN always consists of 24 digits. Invoices are vague, and unhelpful employees have no understanding that you'd like to know what you're paying for. No initiative to improve real estate management or lives of residents in general. Surprisingly high maintenance costs for appartments are actually charged to people who rent appartments. When it comes to responsibility, they'll forward it to the counsel of residents.

Ningun interés y derechos muy diferentes para inquilinos, solo propietarios de pisos. Harán muy poco esfuerzo e intentarán evitar trabajo en general. Direccion y nombre incorrecto en los recibos durante al menos medio año y la respuesta será \el sistema no permite cambiar esto\. 'Sistema' de pasar recibos a inquilinos muy antiguo y vulnerable por fraude. No pueden cobrar a cuentas extranjeras - el IBAN tiene que tener 24 digitos. Dirán de una manera poco amable que es la culpa del extranjero. Una pena. Un gran paso atrás.
